One of the most often cited reasons for educator burnout is ‘organizational issues.’ This refers to problems within the organization being worked in. In this category, we’ll be opening up discussions about leadership, effective organizational structure, communication, supportive work environments, empowering structures….the list is endless.
The idea here is not to bash administrators or school districts. It IS an opportunity for observation about what works, and to provide an opportunity for a discussion on creating dynamic, resilient organizations in our learning settings.
